Warranty Coverage:

Our display warranty covers

• Manufacturing defects
• Workmanship issues
• Courier mishandling damages

It ensures that your KANOU display is free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use and service.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any alterations made to the display unit. Additionally, normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty is voided if the product is used outdoors.

How will KANOU do to rectify the problem

In the event that you encounter an issue covered by the warranty, please contact our customer support team promptly. Provide them with the necessary details, including

• Your proof of purchase. (If you purchase from our official retailers please do provide a copy of your retailer’s invoice)
• Your email address if you purchase from us directly
• A clear description of the issue with pictures

KANOU will examine the provided pictures and decide whether the problem is covered by our warranty. Upon verification of the warranty claim, Moduspace will, at its discretion, replace the defective item.
